Gender: Female
Character Type: City
Country or Country of Origin: United States of America

When I look into all of your stupid faces
I think how fun it will be to pound them into dust
Hair: Pale violet (Originally Brown)
Height and Weight: 134 cm, 49 Kg
Other Distinguishing Features:
Usually seen with Bunny ears on her head with buttons on the bottom end that looks like it was fastened by buttons to her head, rabbit tail and the unusual red-colored eyes of hers.
Overall Appearance:
Angela fits the bill as the personification of 'Las Vegas' judging by her initial appearance alone; with long, light-violet hair reaching below her thigh,
One of the most notable appearance of Las Vegas is her (fake) rabbit ears with two accoutrement-like buttons on them, as if it was connected to her head, and rabbit tail on her skirt. She often tells to people that they are real (just for a laugh) though everyone knows it's merely fake and part of her attire.
Man up or I'll beat you with my peace prize!
- Gambling
- Party (any kinds)
- Shopping
- Flirting with males (just for fun)
- Cute toys
- Alcohol
Dislikes:
- Fire
- Hangover
- Males that are too raunchy
- Mobsters/Mafia
- Cheating (when she's included in gambling, of course)
- Drugs (It's going around, but...)
Strengths:
- Known as the 'Entertainment Capital of the World', so pretty much she's very good with entertainment; Theater, singing, acting, dancing, pole-dancing, pretty much anything under the sun of 'Entertainment'
- "What Happens in Vegas, STAYS in Vegas"; It wasn't a saying for nothing, so she's pretty good with keeping secrets
- Good with games- gambling or otherwise
- Hospitable to guests; no discrimination to friends and foes alike
- Firearm-expert (She got to know about them if she want to protect herself)
- Increased security to her properties
Weaknesses:
- Prone to (bitch) fights, dramas and controversies alike
- Very lenient with underground gambling, drugs and crime (though mess with the city and you mess with her)
- Most of the time in a state of hangover
- Profound dinker and gambler
- Bad at (most) domesticated chores (don't expect her to hold a broom, she fails at cleaning her stuff)
- Very talkative at the point that she becomes annoying whenever she's in a casino to gamble with other people
Fears:
- Fire (it was all thanks to the infamous MGM Fire she takes EXTRA precaution with both the premises, its safety and pretty much everything and anything under the sun)
- Terrorism
- Loosing business
- Loosing money due to her gambling habits
- The Nuclear testing she often seen at the Nevada Testing site
Secrets:
- Angela is pretty aware of the Organized crimes here within her premises. However, she turns a blind eye on them since they're not doing anything to the city or to the citizens directly. It's a bit of a secret she hate to share for some reason.
- Since she is a 'City-personified', she is entitled for gambling and drinking, though she looks just roughly around 16-18 years appearance-wise.
- She used to have brown hair... but she dyed it in a light-violet tint. Nobody knows about that.
- The bunny ears and tail are artificial. But she likes to tell to people that they are 'real'.
- Not saying it, but she actually CARES for Nevada(State) hence the reason she is doing everything she can as a city.
- Nobody knows that she is very good at guns. Usually, they thought that her gun was just a prop or she is merely bluffing when she says she'll "Shoot someone in the head"; She can and will do it.
- Secret liking for cute stuff
- She secretly looks back at the time when she was first 'appeared', and try never to forget the people and how she was formed into an infamous city that she is today. She seems partially regretful on how she turns out today with all the crimes and vices rampant behind her back.
Any Quirks/Habits:
- She can keep a secret, and very good at it.
- Oftentimes seen in various casinos, engaging in gambling, or various clubs and bars, having a good time
- In her free time, she sometimes help out with the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department with firearm training though most of the time, she is seen roaming around
- If she can't get what she want, she'll definitely pull out an act just for that. No question.
- Loves to listen to rumors and very talkative about it. However, if you told her 'not to spill', then she will not spill.
- Loves to dress to impress
- Will model for you if you ask her
- Enjoys Instant weddings for some reason
- Also enjoys magic shows. The elaborated ones, to be precise. (Cut someone with a saw! Cut someone with a saw!)
Overall Personality:
Despite the claims that 'anyone can do anything in Las Vegas', Angela Chase- the personification of Las Vegas- is pretty much what you expect her to be as the embodiment of the city filled with casinos, hotels, clubs, fine dining, bright lights, resorts and pretty much what human wants to enjoy themselves (plus with vices to some). She is mildly peppy and talkative, loves to flirt with people here and there just for humor and nothing else, not attached to anything in particular except to what she wants, and overall just like to enjoy herself. As much as possible, she enjoys everything from gambling to relaxing to even just doing the hell she wants, though she knows her restrictions, limitations, and the fact that not everything is permanent- even herself. She enjoys entertaining people, from theater and arts to just engaging a good conversation, an energetic woman who likes challenges especially in gambling (but not in favor in cheating, surprisingly) though despite her 'rabbit' appearance, she isn't exactly the most helpless of them lot.
With knowledge on guns and firearms, the underground crime community and most of the vices known to man found in just a one city, you can't say that she is innocent and pure despite her appearance. Angela is sometimes unfair- the same goes with life itself- and aware that humans can be fickle at times. Though she is against organized crime figures, she turns a blind eye on them for as long as nothing happens with the city, its people (directly) or that they don't blow up the streets when she least expected it. The same goes with the human vices, oftentimes reasoning that she is merely a city that provides them with entertainment and it is up to them to do whatever they want. She is as manipulative as she is a deceiver and will not hesitate to do any of those just to get what she wants, when she wants. She shows little to no mercy at anyone, and anyone, who tries to mess the reputation of her city but, deep down, she is aware that she is not the strongest and fears that, with the increase crime rate thanks to the gangsters, mobsters and mafia community, she may have to ask someone for help or something worse. She sometimes feel melancholy at her first part in her life, sometimes recalling those times before she became the 'Sin City' as most people refers her, and oftentimes feel remorsefully sorry for the people of old for her turning out like this.
Las Vegas is somewhat hopeless when it comes to most household chores (except for her guns, she can't clean her house to save her life), a profound gambler and drinker, and doesn't exactly know the difference between dangerous and awesome (don't bother telling her, she wouldn't know). She is very much terrified of fire after the MGM fire that happened in the 80's and takes extra precaution to ensure no fire will happen anywhere her premises. On her hangover days (from too much drinking and partying with people), she tend to be in a daze or forgetful, sometimes with slurry words or forgetting that she's not suppose to walk on the road barefoot.
Las Vegas may be a pretty city, but she isn't exactly one of those one can trample on, especially since she is under Nevada and, as far as she knew, Nevada is known for its Nuclear testing sites. Also, you're pretty much in 'Heaven' if you bypass the Mojave Desert. Somehow.

I'm the hero!
The first reported European visitor to the Las Vegas Valley was Raphael Rivera in 1829. Las Vegas was named by Spaniards in the Antonio Armijo party, who used the water in the area while heading north and west along the Old Spanish Trail from Texas. In the 19th century, areas of the valley contained artesian wells that supported extensive green areas or meadows (vegas in Spanish); hence the name Las Vegas.
On May 3, 1844, while it was still part of Mexico, John C. Frémont led a group of scientists, scouts, and observers for the United States Army Corps of Engineers into the Las Vegas Valley. On May 10, 1855, following annexation by the United States, Brigham Young assigned 30 missionaries of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints led by William Bringhurst to the area to convert the Paiute Indian population to Mormonism. A fort was built near the current downtown area that served as a stopover for travelers along the "Mormon Corridor" between Salt Lake and the briefly thriving colony of saints at San Bernardino, California. Mormons abandoned Las Vegas in 1857, during the Utah War. Las Vegas was established as a railroad town on May 15, 1905, when 110 acres (45 ha) owned by the San Pedro, Los Angeles and Salt Lake Railroad in what is now downtown Las Vegas was auctioned off. Among the railroad's most notable owners and directors were Montana Senator William A. Clark, Utah Senator Thomas Kearns, and R.C. Kerens of St. Louis. Las Vegas was part of Lincoln County until 1908, when it became part of the newly established Clark County. The St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church near 4th and Bridger in downtown was founded in 1910. Las Vegas became an incorporated city on March 16, 1911; Peter Buol was the first mayor.
Las Vegas started as a stopover on the pioneer trails to the west, and became a popular railroad town in the early 20th century. It was a staging point for mines in the surrounding area, especially those around the town of Bullfrog, that shipped goods to the rest of the country. With the proliferation of the railroads, Las Vegas became less important, but the completion of the nearby Hoover Dam in 1935 resulted in growth in the number of residents and increased tourism. The dam, located 30 mi (48 km) southeast of the city, formed Lake Mead, the largest man-made lake and reservoir in the US. Today, tours are offered into lesser-known parts of the dam. The legalization of gambling in 1931 led to the advent of the casino hotels for which Las Vegas is famous. Major development occurred in the 1940s, "due almost entirely" to the influx of scientists and staff from the Manhattan Project, an atomic bomb research project of World War II. Atomic test watching parties were sometimes thrown. American organized crime figures such as Benjamin "Bugsy" Siegel and Meyer Lansky managed or funded most of the original large casinos. The rapid growth of Las Vegas is credited with dooming Galveston, Texas; Hot Springs, Arkansas; and other major gaming centers in the 1950s.
