When I look into all of your stupid faces
I think how fun it will be to pound them into dust
Hair: Aquamarine
Height and Weight: 5'06"; 124 Lbs.
Other Distinguishing Features:
The constant sight of ribbons adorning her (and one wrapped around her right wrist), her oddly-tied hair (tied in front of her face compared to the norm) and a fang only visible when she really smiles wide.
Overall Appearance:
With Aquamarine hair and olive eyes, Cosmina has a pale face and slender appearance, making her appear like in her early 20's (if not to her late teen's). She wear a red-colored dress with a white collar and puffed sleeves and a lighter-red skirt with white frills and knee-high boots. Her hair, for some reason, is tied in front of her (under her chin) with a ribbon tied neatly on it, a ribbon on top on her hair and another one on her back of her dress. The bottom corner of her dress is decorated with a swirl-like design.

Dislikes:
- Hungary (She was working under her until after WWII, where she was claimed once more by Romania)
- Turkey (Specifically him as the Ottoman Empire)
- A Dirty home (No, no, it will not do!)
- Being referred to as 'Vampire' (How many times?)

- Coffee (She likes tea better)
Strengths:
- Vivid imagination
- Effecient Maid (When no one's looking, or when pushed in the right direction)
- Loyalty (to Romania or to whoever she's serving with)
- Capable knife-thrower & Polearm-wielder (When calls for it, but nobody knows that)
- Good architect (Especially with the ancient-looking structures)
Weaknesses:
- Scatterbrain (especially when panicked)
- Easily panicked
- Confused most of the time
- Interacting with the bigger nations
- Vampires (Yes, she is terrified with them!)
Fears:
- Going back and serving Hungary again (She got way too much spooked serving under her)
- Romania's place being WAY too messy for her to clean
- Not having enough ribbons to tie her hair
- Not able to find that certain item that Romania (or Bucharest) asked her to look for
- Forever branding her as a vampire (but it happene so she's now scared of Vampires)
- Vampires
Secrets:
- Contrary to the beliefs due to Transylvania being associated with Dracula and all the horror things (Frankenstein, Werewolf, etc.), Cosmina is anything but scary. In fact, you won't even notice that she's a region on Romania with that look and personality of hers.
- Subconsciously knows how to fight, though she prefer not to. Mostly for self-defence, but Cosmina is actually pretty good with throwing knives and (if worse comes to worse) polearms. She's not too sure if both Romania and Bucharest knows about it.
- Most of the time, she's deem to be pretty 'useless' since she's a scatterbrain and forgets stuff, but when you coax her into it (or probably push her buttons a bit), she can actually be a pretty good maid.
- Don't call her a vampire (or anything similar) on her 'days', she'll probably try to chew you alive if you do. Well, not really, but she's anything but her usual self if that happens. Also works when she's beyond her limits (like too many house chores) or when stressed.
- "You can never have too many ribbons~" ~Cosmina
- The ribbon on her wrist hides a horrible secret that she dare not tell; Back when she was under Hungary's sovereignty, she tried to cut her wrist a few times but never did continued after the initial cut. She only stopped when Hungary noticed her arm and she wrapped it with the ribbon in hopes that Romania (or anyone) won't notice about it.
- Gets confused with Elevators and Escalators.
- Owns a pet Vampire bat that is often seen latching on her dress ribbon or on her head whenever she goes out at night. In the morning, it sleeps on the corner of her bedroom. Ironically, the name of the Vampire Bat is "Dracul". No relation to Dracula whatsoever. Pretty much aware that neither Romania, Bucharest, or anyone knows about it (unless they notice a bat nestling on her head at night before flying off to eat).
Any Quirks/Habits:
- Complete scatterbrain; she will be seen dazed in front of something just to think of what she was looking for.
- Always seen with a broom and cleaning the mansion on her down time.
- She does a mean pirouette sometimes.
- Also the one who does the gardening when she got a free time
- Tends to 'nibble' on any juicy fruit before actually eating them. Why? Don't ask.
Overall Personality:
Being wanted by various nations, peoples and conquerors, it was no surprise how the young and dainty Cosmina Basarab turned out to what she is today. From serving one master to another, she was treated more as a maid, if not as a bodyguard to some, but mostly as some asset. Despite all these, she still retain a smile and patience, hoping that one day someone would finally save her from the oppression. That one was the master she is currently serving; Romania.
Contrary to rumors running around her, Cosmina is actually sweet and kind, polite and helpful in her own way. She loves to clean around the house to the people she is serving, and even go as far as tending the garden and keeping an eye on any trespassers for extra measures. She is meek and somewhat shy, oftentimes stutter whenever someone talks to her unless she is comfortable with them, and overall not scary despite the tales about her and linking to 'Dracula' or any folklores concerning the present-time horror stuff. If given the right push and motivation, she can actually do her work efficiently, making her one of the more-useful maids in Romania's household. She is a romantic who sometimes dream of a 'prince in a white horse' and, although she is not vain, she likes to make herself pretty with ribbons so people won't get scared of her. If anyone asks her for something, she is willing to help them no matter what.
Due to her experience serving various nations back then, she gained a shy and somewhat pessimistic outlook, easily scared to any threats to her and tends to get wary when anyone tried to do anything bad to Romania or anyone else she cares. She is not a coward but she tends to easily spooked and wary around Hungary and Turkey. She is also a scatterbrain and an excessive dreamer, oftentimes spacing out or tends to forget where she place one item and easily gets panicked whenever she is pressed on with a dilenma concerning cleaning or sorting out some items. She is also gullible, easy to be fooled, and tends to wail and complain when people misunderstood her for not being scary for Transylvania. Due to her deep loyalty to her 'savior', she sometimes tend to mess things up without her meaning it or tends to get clumsy, causing more trouble than help.
When push comes to shove, Transylvania can actually be a very efficient fighter, able to wield throwing knives (for some reason, she seem to store some underneath her skirt on a secret compartment, just in case) in which she can use if ever she was tasked to protect something or someone. Though she rarely fights and only uses these for self-defense, Cosmina seem to gain these abilities from the time she was under one of the conquerors for the sake of self-defense. She also seem to be quite good with a polearm, though she rarely fights. When protecting someone, she can actually be serious and focus on the goal at hand.
Overall, Cosmina, despite her past, is actually quite a cheerful state who is willing to help someone and a loyal maid who will do whatever it takes to protect those she cherish the most.
