It'll probably be a long time before she forgive someone, but she's not expecting a large nation like America to forgive her in the first place. Just say 'sorry' and that's it, conscience cleared and Japan will have to leave her alone once again to her devices.

Having enough of searching the crowded streets for a while (it seems everywhere she goes, there are people and she's feeling a little bit too suffocated from all the masses of people around), the raven-haired maiden decided to sit down on a bench located in a park, took in a breather, and mentally tried to calm herself down. The place, compared to her humble place of Okinawa, is large, it's crowded, it has many people, and it's... America. She doesn't really have a deep grudge against him as himself, but it's more of because of what happened around World War II till the Vietnam War; otherwise, she doesn't really comment anything about the location, his habits or anything else whatsoever.
