After bothering London for a few days the girl had been off to continue her little vacation elsewhere, forever unable to stay in one spot for too long unless that place was home. Currently she was making her way east through Europe, having skipped through a few cities, dropped by to see some old friends and making a few new ones too. She was having so much fun in fact that the girl didn't know what country he was currently in, as long as she stayed clear of Russia though she knew she'd be alright, it wasn't that Ivan scared her, but she didn't want Alfred yelling at her like he had last time she had popped into that particular country. Tonight the blond had gotten a room at a hostel, dropped the sole bag of luggage she had with her off before quickly changing into a small pleated skirt and a white button up that was tied under her bust in a knot and unbuttoned enough to show off an American flag print bra that she was all but famous for wearing. Happy with her appearance she was off to the nightclubs because Europeans definitely knew how to get crazy after dark and she was all about having fun. Finding an awesome looking club with flashing lights and neon signs that drew her in like a moth to a flame she flashed the bouncer outside the sweetest smile she could and was let in without much problem. The music was thumping, the people were all so beautiful and Danii was taking everything in with wide blue eyes, gaping as her gaze swept over everything. For a moment she was stock still and then the girl was off like a rocket, grabbing some poor shmuck by the arm and dragging him to the middle of the dance floor for the next four songs. When she was bored of that Danii let the poor man go and bounced off towards the bar, feeling that now was definitely a good time to get a cocktail. And that's when she spotted the guy sitting at the bar sticking out like an even more sore thumb then she was and Danii was on him in all of two seconds. She really didn't know the meaning of personal space, that much was sure and the girl was touching a few strands of the platnuim blond hair on his head in a certain sort of awe, "Dude are you for real? Like seriously?" And holy crap on a stick he had red eyes! The girl had never come across an albino before and he looked like something out of one of those animes that Kiku dropped by the house with before. Poking him in the cheek to make sure that he was in fact real she broke out in a large and rather adorable looking grin, "Dude! You're like...the coolest thing ever! I'm Danii by the way!" She proclaimed loudly over the music, sitting at the bar on the stool beside his so fast that it spun around twice before she finally appeared to settle. [atrb=border,0,true][atrb=valign,top][atrb=style, background: url(http://i1095.photobucket.com/albums/i473/shahal_sparda/Hetalia/prussia1.jpg) center bottom no-repeat; outline: 3px solid #800000; width: 500px; height: 480px; padding: 0px;, bTable] Wandering around aimlessly had become something of a favourite pastime of Gilbert's over the past few weeks, for some reason that was beyond him. It was undoubtedly strange, though it was better than sitting around doing absolutely nothing other than moping around the house, and so the albino could often be found on the streets during the evening, although the nights always seemed to merge into one and he could never quite recall where exactly he'd gone the night previously, although he had faint memories of Austria and Hungary, meaning that he'd probably done something he probably shouldn't have. Procuring a near-empty bottle from his now filthy leather jacket, he crossed the road, ignoring the traffic lights completely and everything else, at that, taking on a faster pace as he started off in a direction he didn’t know. In all reality, most directions were unknown to him. He could probably find his way home if he was sober, which had proven to be of no use whatsoever and possibly the local shop to buy beer and whatever else he could find. That was all, and that was if he was focusing on how to get there, despite the fact that he'd lived in Berlin for the majority of his life, although if he was honest with himself, he wasn't even one hundred percent sure that he hadn't left Berlin behind hours ago. Down the streets, he turned back and forth without any decision in his head, with no thought whatsoever other than the fact that he was quickly running out of alcohol. It hadn't been long before he was out of his district, although he couldn't have said when exactly he'd begun to stray from the beaten track, as he was pretty sure that he hadn't gone home the previous night. Out of the places of living, or rather, places worth living in. Sure, people probably still lived in these parts (he assumed) but they weren’t houses. Maybe shops, pristine, whitewashed buildings, surrounded by a world of symmetry on both sides of the road with the emerald green grass, perfectly trimmed hedges, white picket fence posts with perfect little cobbled paths leading from the road to the front porches, and fresh flowers that seemed to grin sadistically at him with their perfection. Either he'd somehow wandered into Austria or the apocalypse had begun. To be honest, he didn’t know, and he didn’t care. Curiosity was not a big factor in this 'nation's' makeup. If it didn’t bother him, he wouldn’t bother it. The probblem was that nothing seemed to be particularly 'awesome,' which tended to bother him to no end, or rather, that was his excuse for being reckless. Come to think of it... he didn’t even know for sure where he was. When exactly had he left the residential district? He only wondered that for a moment, however. It didn’t need minding. After what he could only guess had been an hour or so of wanderng past sickeningly perfect accomodation, countless music shops and god knows what else, Gilbert ceased his lamenting over draining the beer bottle that was now lying in shattered pieces in the middle of an otherwise litter-free street, when he finally looked up from the ground for long enough to glace around at his surroundings, turning a corner and almost literally walking into the brick wall of a building that would've looked less out of place back at home, or his his mind anyway. How he had missed the countless psychedelic neon lights he had no idea, although he didn't quite feel the need to ponder on the fact for very long, his thoughts already on the bar that was probably inside, with enough beer to last...probably about 2 hours, if he was lucky. Honestly, the people payed enough taxes, so why couldn't the bartenders afford to stock up on a decent amount of decent beer? Avoiding the bouncer by striding in confidently with the crowd that seemed to have formed around the door to the nightclub, Gilbert shrugged off his jacket to reveal a plain T-shirt and made a beeline for the bar without so much as a second thought, not being in the mood for dancing or socialising, which in itself was unusual for the narcissistic individual. He found a seat, ordered a few beers and, leaning on the table, thought nothing else of it. One moment, he was chugging down yet another pint of Pilsner, and the next some girl was sitting next to him, messing with his hair and virtually screamed in his ear, Dude are you for real? Like seriously?" Her sudden actions caught him by surprise, though he was originally more irritated about being interrupted. With a sigh, he drained the tankard, set it down, glanced over at her with a slurred, "Was die F-," and took a double take as he processed her blonde hair, huge blue eyes and...Woah. What were those!? Crimson eyes wide and all but gaping at her American flag-print bra, Gilbert realised that, all of a sudden, she wasn't quite so annoying after all. Perhaps she had a great personality; she seemed like the fun-loving type, anyway, he noted with an idiotic grin spread acoss his face, attempting to ignore the fact that she seemed to be prodding his face, though mainly due to the fact that he didn't want her to rush off again, for those to rush off again... "Ja, I'm awesome," He responded, but didn't really process what he was saying, his mind wandering though at the same time he couldn't say that he was thinking about anything in particular, or anything at all, really, only vaguely aware of the music that was blasting from various oversized spreakers, barely acknowledging the fact that he was rambling, slurring the occasional phrase as he spoke, the only audible word being his name in the endless stream of nonsense spurted from him, all the while never averting his eyes from her...What was she called? Danii... Date: Present! Location: Nightclub bar, somewhere in Austria, I'm guessing! Music: Notes: Gil's acting weird, but I promise he's not completely drunk! Somehow, I can see him doing this, but I promise he's not gonna be gaping at her the whole time!

Really she had to agree he was awesome, seriously it wasn't every day she came across someone that looked so different, rock on! The girl couldn't really make out what he was saying, partially because he was slurring and partially because the music was so loud. He was dunk, she could easily tell that much, but hey that was ok, drunks were fun in her book, she had grown up watching Arthur get drunk on occasion and turn into a real hilarious weirdo. Quickly ordering a sex on the beach when the bartender was close enough she was immediately back to fawning over the albino, smiling and nodding at whatever piece of his speech she could actually understand, perking up a little more when she was sure she finally caught his name, "Your name's Gilbert? Hey I loved that movie! OH! And I freakin' love your accent!" She had to laugh at herself a bit now at that proclamation, but What's Eating Gilbert Grape really was a great movie, and his accent was boss. When the bartender came back with the cocktail she downed it rather quickly and had all but attached herself to the man in a rather tight hug, grinning happily. "Alright, I've decided, your like my new favorite thing ever!" She was yelling again, of course, and close enough that most people would probably attempt to squirm away from her grasp, not that the blond ever actually payed any mind to that sort of thing, Danii honestly did not understand the concept of personal space. The woman only let go when the song changed to something more upbeat and she jumped off the bar stool, a big ball of energy just waiting to explode and leaned in a little closer then she had to, "Hey! Let's dance, this song is rockin' my socks off!" Danii fixed him with the best smile that she could possibly muster and grabbed his arm, nearly dragging him off to the dance floor whether he wanted to or not. When it came to dancing she just didn't take no for an answer, she just loved to dance that much, it was a great way to release some of that boundless energy of hers. The moment she found a decent spot Danii was wiggling her hips and moving to the music, smiling that generally happy smile of hers at the poor bastard that had now been deemed 'her new favorite thing,' drunk or not he wasn't getting away from the girl now, "Sooo what brings you to the bars Mr. Gilbert? I'm country hopping myself," She asked over the music, deeply curious about the man now that she was over the sudden awe struck-ness of his looks. [style=padding: 0px 15px; font-size: smaller;] Date: Present! Location: Nightclub, most likely in Austria but Danii hasnt checked xD Music: Dare - Gorillaz Notes: The girl doesn't even notice xD I on the other hand nearly died laughing as I can totally see that happening. Also, good luck ever getting away from her now xD [/style] |

Though he'd probably prefer to be alone at that moment, he didn't protest as she continued to give him her utmost attention, bouncing up and down in her seat, eyes wide with excitement which, if he was honest with himself, sent his head spinning, not that he could think straight anyway. He had no idea what she was going on about, though he felt oddly obliged to agree with everything she said, for some unknown reason, apparently fully involved in the conversation though in reality everything was blurring into one. From where he sat on the barstool, hunched over the table, Gilbert couldn't say that he was fully aware of his surroundings, although no matter how drunk a person was he doubted very much that anyone wouldn't be able to comprehend the girl's yelling, which left his ears ringing even when she paused for a split second, although it took a moment or to for her words to make sense in his suddenly overactive mind. "Alright, I've decided, your like my new favorite thing ever!""..Ugh...Awesome! Y'knowwhatfavouritethingsdobest? They...like...doing... stuff...und...Ja.. stuff..." He grinned, because it seemed like something he ought to do, and the sudden jolt as she latched onto him felt more like a small nudge, making him laugh hoarsely as he moved his arms from the tabletop to hold Danii's hand, causing his face to virtually slam onto the table, all the while laughing hysterically. At what, he had no idea, and the thought didn't cross his mind, or any thought in particular, at that. He barely had time to process this, however, when she suddenly jumped from her seat, yelled something incoherent and before he knew what she was doing he was on his feet, staggering about as he was dragged by the arm in the general direction of he dance floor, winded. When she had finally stopped running him into random people on their way to god knows where she finally let go, waving around like a lunatic, which after he'd regained his balance he mimicked quite happily, with a great deal more of lurching about, ramming into a countless number of disgruntled people as he did so, and though he could barely hear the blaring music over the relentless ringing in his ears though part of what Danii was saying he understood, a little. He thought that his response had made sense, anyway. "Idunno...Bored...wanteda...drink, I guess...Bier ist.. sehrEhrfürchtig!" His grin never faltered, widening more by the second as the alcohol flushed through his system as he searched blindly for her hand, which he spent no time latching on to, suddenly jumping around like a madman, his free hand waving a tankard of beer high above his head. Date: Present! Location: Same as it was last time, dude. Music: I dunno! Notes: Sorry it took so long. School's out now so I should be able to reply a lot faster. And this isn't the greatest post, sorry again! I'm not usually so slow-paced when it comes to doing stuff in th post other than what the last person said. xD

We totally have to do stuff!" Bless her and her nativity, she simply grinned back and dragged him off, totally enthralled with the awesome drunk albino she had just found. Oh she totally had to text Jess about this later, but later later because right now she was having way too much fun dancing around to the song playing, she had absolutely no idea what the lyrics were but the beat was more then good enough for her. His dancing had her laughing until there were tears in her eyes, saying a quick sorry to the people that looked over less then pleased with them, him for nearly knocking them over and her for being so loud no doubt. Someone walked past and she swiped their drink without a second thought, downed it like a pro and handed it back with the sweetest smile she could muster, batting those big doe eyes of hers and getting away with it. So she did it again a few more times because she could, well that and for some reason she just felt the need to get really really drunk tonight, quiet possibly as drunk as he was because he seemed to be having so much fun, "Dude I have no idea what you said, but it sounds badass," Danii said with a laugh, cheeks already flushed a little from stealing mixed liquors and downing them all so quickly. Quite happily jumping around like a lunatic with him, she had stolen someone elses drink and the crowd of people were looking even less then pleased with the pair as moments passed, something she dully noted, "Your so awesome! And I think everyone hates us right now!" She was totally sure it was because they were the coolest people in the club and not just because they were also the most obnoxious. But then she saw some big guys in tight black shirts with even more annoyed looks coming towards him and even if she was on her way to a good buzz, she had gotten kicked out of enough places with Al and Theo to know what was about to happen. So she grinned up at Gilbert with a definite gleam of mischief in her eyes, "Whelp, time to go, Mr. Gilbert, I think we outta go swimming!" For some reason, getting drunk and going swimming always seemed to go hand in hand for the girl, and it looked like they needed to leave anyway. Pulling him away from the big angry looking men that were advancing she snatched a few beers and was quickly weaving through the crowd, "Hey come on, keep up Mr. Awesomepants!" Danii yelled behind her, clutching a few bottles of beer to her chest and laughing gleefully as she ran for the exist. [style=padding: 0px 15px; font-size: smaller;] Date: Present! Location: Nightclub, most likely in Austria but Danii hasnt checked xD Music: Dare - Gorillaz Notes: These two, in this situation. I'm gonna die laughing. So yeah, how about a drunken swim? Fun times abound when Danii's around xD [/style] |
