Something... something was weighing the man down. Not physically; no, it was plain to see by looking at him that that wasn't the case. Hands empty, just the clothes on his back and a cigarette between his lips. Since it was obvious that nothing physical was holding him down, there was only one other thing it could have been. His heart. Yes, the man's heart was low right now. Of course, considering where he was standing, it would probably be no surprise. "Aokigahara...." The word slipped from his mouth without him even knowing. It was so sad here. It almost felt like the sun was being drained out of him and pulling him into the earth. Of course this was ridiculous. What could pull him into the earth? Nothing here. So sad memories resided, but still. It was a different thing when the feeling manifested into a thought and he almost wished he would. A small snarl worked on his mouth and he shook his head as it to banish the thought. Him? Doing... no! Never! It was just the atmosphere of this place. It was like it was trying to draw people in and make them stay forever. Then again, this was the Suicide Forest. It wasn't a far fetched thought that it just might. He might have felt better had it not been so quiet. If he wasn't so completely alone. A whim was what got him out here. Well past the dreaded First Kilometer, this part of the forest was unperturbed by humans. No one, even the most adventurous or the most depressed, even ventured this far. And perhaps that was a good thing. Arms crossed in front of him, hands stuffed into the blue sleeves, he looked up a rock. A very peculiar rock, even for the white haired, flamboyant man. It was almost perfectly round, with several old, faded stickers of varying sizes and colors plastered over the surface. Some looked newer than others, and it could be seen that some of the oldest ones had been covered with more recent additions. It was a strange sight indeed. With a sigh, the man put out his cigarette, now reduced to just a butt, and stuck the remains in his pocket; like hell he would litter in this place. Reaching into the folds of his womanly kimono, he pulled out a small pad of stickers. This time he had bunnies, trains, and dinosaurs. Leaves and sticks crunched as he walked over to it slowly. "... one for Akai." A sticker was placed at random on the stone. "And Ureshi, then Hanako...." This went on for a few minutes, his naming off names and putting a sticker somewhere on the rock as he said it. The silence weighted down on him when he silenced himself and raised up. He stared at the rock sorrowfully for a few minutes before his face broke some. A harsh frown on his normally happy face. "Gomen.... Gomen... none of you were bad children."
