NATALYA (BELARUS) ARLOVSKAYA
{But she's a Black Magic Woman and
She's trying to make a devil out of me}
{But she's a Black Magic Woman and
She's trying to make a devil out of me}
I Feel Like We're Summoning The Devil
Nickname/Alias: Nat, Natasha
Gender: Female
Character Type: Country
Country or Country of Origin: Republic of Belarus
Canon or Original: Canon

When I look into all of your stupid faces
I think how fun it will be to pound them into dust
Hair: Pale blond
Height and Weight: 5'3", 115lbs
Other Distinguishing Features: She will usually wear a bow in her hair, and is often seen in dresses.
Overall Appearance:
If it weren't for her facial expressions, Natalya's features could be described as soft and youthful. She has long pale blond hair that slides down to the middle of her back, usually accented with a purple or blue hairbow. She can usually be found in dresses, her favorite a blue and white dress that she can be seen wearing often as a result.
Again, she would look entirely harmless if it weren't for her facial expressions. It is rare to see a smile on her face. She is usually scowling, and most of her 'smiles' come across as sinister rather than genuinely happy.

Man up or I'll beat you with my peace prize!
Ivan/Russia
Knives
Fairy tales
Cold weather
Order
Her sister
Black magic
Animals
Dislikes:
Anyone coming between her and her brother
Anyone messing with anyone in her family, really
Being seen as weak
Lithuania
Not having her knife on her
Strengths:
- If you happen to be on Natalya's good side, she would DIE to protect you, without a second thought. Of course, then you have to deal with other aspects of her personality if you happen to get that close, but...she is very loyal, to say the least.
- She is insanely skilled with a knife or any other sort of sharp object.
- She is determined and stubborn, and not quick to give up in a fight.
Weaknesses:
- Major trust issues
- Prone to fits of rage
- Not good in fights, unless sharp objects are involved
Fears:
-Losing either of her siblings. Yes, either of them. She may seem to latch on to Ivan more but she cares deeply for Ukraine as well.
- Never having a happy ending
Secrets:
Belarus likes to picture her life as a fairy tale, which has set her up for disappoint time and time again. It was supposed to help her sanity at first, but if anything, it's only served to break it more.
Any Quirks/Habits:
- She almost constantly carries around a knife or dagger on her person, never wanting to be caught off guard.
- She tends to...lurk around her brother a lot.
Overall Personality: at least two good paragraphs
Most would not want to meet Natalya alone in an alley. She is prone to bouts of rage, and can be quite violent at times. On top of that, she has an almost delusional obsession with her older brother. Surely that can't be all that there is to her?
Of course it isn't. Like her older brother, Natalya's sanity precariously hangs in the balance as a result of her history. She tends to have a rather negative outlook on life, and is prone to depression. However, she rarely shows this to anyone else, preferring to aim her anger at the rest of the world - and she does this quite expertly, having a tendency to scare people away with her antics. It can be hard to break through her shell, but those who do manage to get close to her will find that she tends to cling to what little she has left. This explains her stalker-ish attitude toward her brother, who she views as a source of protection and safety. She is incredibly loyal toward her brother and sister, to the point where she would give her life for them without a second thought.
She does have a softer side, though it's rare to actually see it. She has a weakness for animals, and a closet love of fairy tales that, like much else she actually feels positively toward, borders on obsession. She would like nothing more than a storybook romance that ends with 'and they lived happily ever after' but knows that in her reality that will never be the case, at least in the near future. Therefore, she clings to her fantasies, in the hope that some day, maybe something will shift in the right direction after all. Some people may call her insane, but she'll argue that at least it's better than completely losing hope. And that's something, isn't it?[/size][/ul]
