She likes doing things that seem a little childish at times like jumping in leaves or puddles along with climbing trees and rolling in the forest. That's mostly because she had to grow up pretty fast though, and so she does things to keep her as happy as can be. It's actually a little hard to read what she's really feeling because she keeps most of it bottled up. Which makes her a bit of a ticking time bomb at times. Being part of the worst battle of the Civil War will do that to a person after all, and so she has a much darker nature she tends to keep locked away. Luckily it takes a lot to set her off, so most people will only see her happy and running around on a caffeine high being she's addicted to coffee. The girl has too many things she wants to accomplish during the day so she drinks coffee until she finishes and then ends up crashing fairly hard in random positions. Friends: She's fairly friendly and tries to be social towards others. Thus she'd probably have quite a few, though she doesn't really leave the states much so it will mostly be other states or cities close by. She's willing to meet new people though so it just depends on the situation. Enemies: If you manage to set her off then you'll probably not be friendly with her. She turns into a bit of a sadist and is quite violent. It's not easy to do, but if you start talking about Gettysburg or if you take her there for some unknown reason you'll end up here. Lovers: It really depends on the situation for this, if you have ideas go ahead and throw them at me. I haven't really decided how she'd approach this section yet. Alfred and Penny

He tries to be on good terms with all of his states, and obviously Penny would be a part of this.

Actually, she'd be one of his favorites. Though he tries not to play favorites too much, he's always had a special fondness for what he calls "the original 13". She's apart of that, and I think they'd be pretty good friends. She's probably up there with Johnny and Danii, actually. XD

Only time I see any issues arising is during the Civil War, since they both of them have moments where they're kinda crazy.

Michelle and Penny

I think they'd be friendly with each other, plus they're kinda close in proximity.

Lewis and Penny

Depends on how she'd react to him (and Louis). He wouldn't have any issues with her off the bat, so it depends on what you think for her.

Natalya and Penny

Don't think they'd interact much.

Alfred && Penny
Yeah, definitely some cray cray during the civil war, and he'd probably be one of the few people who has actually seen her acting like a complete psycho during world war two. Aside from that they'd definitely be on good terms.

Michelle && Penny
Yes, they're fairly close and I can see them getting along.

Lewis && Penny
I don't think she'd really have an issue with him. It takes a lot to set her off, and as long as he doesn't try and joke about things she has a serious issue with they'd be fine.

Natalya && Penny
I don't really see them interacting at all...
