When I look into all of your stupid faces
I think how fun it will be to pound them into dust
Hair: silver white- blond
Height and Weight: 170 cm & 67 kg
Other Distinguishing Features: The whole man is a distinguishing feature. Just look at his hair and clothes. He has a few scars and burns marks on him as well.
Overall Appearance:
Hiroto is the kind of man you remember seeing afterward. While he is not especially tall or handsome, the way he dresses and carries himself certainly leaves an impression. To start off, the mans hair is white. Since he doesn't look especially old, it's plain to see it's not natural- and it isn't! He takes great care to keep his hair dyed so the natural near black roots don't show. His dress style is also very odd, since he prefers to wear bright festival women's kimonos over normal attire. He claims it's because of his Harajuka, but he was always an odd fellow anyway....
Even so, if one would look past his stranger quirks, he might actually be considered attractive. He is a bit scrawny by most standards, but that doesn't mean 'unfit'. As a lot of his 'conquests' have seen, he has a nice enough build despite his small stature. His face round, but not chubby, making the angles look odd in certain lights. It's because of this he chooses to wear glasses instead of contacts; they make his face look more 'even' in those lights. The length of his hair is for this same reason, since the almost shaggy locks hide parts of his face as well.
A number of shallow cuts crisscross on his upper arms and thighs, as well as burn scars on his back. He likes to keep these covered up. It's not because he's ashamed of the marks on his body, but because he thinks they might be off putting for others to see.

Man up or I'll beat you with my peace prize!
[li] salty foods
[/li][li] reading
[/li][li] fireworks
[/li][li] cooking
[/li][li] technology
[/li][li] women!
[/li][li] 'conquests'
[/li][li] his manga and anime
[/li][li] trains
[/li][li] smoking (cherry tobacco only!)
[/li][li] froggies
Dislikes:
[/li][li] traps
[/li][li] things that are overly sweet
[/li][li] being rejected
[/li][li] being thought of as weird
[/li][li] nasty grittiness! be cleanly!
[/li][li] men flirting with his women
[/li][li] being around men that are more handsome than himself
Strengths:
[/li][li] multilingual - hiroto can speak many different languages other than the magical nation and capital language they all seem to know and his native japanese. he is most fluent in mandarin and english, but can also speak some choppy italian, spanish and german.
[/li][li] intelligent - even though he acts really stupid, hiroto is actually very smart. smart enough to know that acting like an idiot has it's advantages...
[/li][li] energetic - hiroto is just a big bundle of energy. he rarely gets tired and generally very enthusiastic and chipper about whatever he's doing- even if he doesn't like the activity!
Weaknesses:
[/li][li] a pretty face - he will do anything if he thinks it will help his 'case' with the ladies. anything.
[/li][li] smoking - he's kind of addicted to his cancer sticks. if he doesn't get one after he eats or just when he wants one, he can get a little cranky. at least they don't stink as bad as regular cigarettes; he only smokes one's with cherry flavored tobacco.
[/li][li] annoying - hiroto is obnoxious. no easy or nice way to say it. he doesn't really mean to be, but he tends to wear on people's nerves pretty quickly.
Fears:
[/li][li] fires - the 'blossoms of edo' have wrecked havoc on both his body and his city. it's no wonder that he fears the things.
[/li][li] natural disaster - especially earthquakes, but also floods. they've caused him a lot of grief.
[/li][li] bombs - most of his city was leveled during WW2, so do you blame him for it?
Secrets:
[/li][li] hiroto has a special place in his heart for 'magical girl' anime and manga; it probably has something to with the short skirts they tend to wear. he keeps his collection pretty well hidden and only reads/ watches when he thinks no one will disturb him.
[/li][li] he has a special love of his 'Sugar Tits'. take that how you want too. x3
[/li][li] he's still a little bitter over the bombings of WW2. while he has forgiven, he has not forgotten, and still feels resentful in the mornings when he wakes with aches and pains he should not have.
Any Quirks/Habits:
[/li][li] hiroto is a huge pervert and he's not ashamed of it. ladies, prepare yourselves. x3
[/li][li] he likes to give the special ladies (a.k.a. the other capitals and a few nations) nicknames. when given a nickname, he refuses to call the woman anything else. this is generally very bad for him.....
[/li][li] he loves things that are frog themed. his house is full of little figurines of them and a few of the things he carries around with him (like his wallet) have them printed on it.
[/li][li] he 'talks' with his hands. a habit he picked up from western influence.
Overall Personality:
Hiroto is one of those eccentric characters you meet from time to time. Most of the time it seems like he's some kind of weird cosmic comic relief. To start with, he's kind of loud and obnoxious. It's not that he really means to be, its just how that it happens with his irritatingly sunny attitude and preference for the strange. He's very talkative, which is kind of a bad thing since he looks like he's trying to fly half of the time given his 'hand talk' quirk. At least the fellow is friendly even if he {pretends!} to have no common sense. He's very outgoing and loves to be outside, even more so when with other people. He can be very pushy when he decides to take someone out, not taking 'no' for an answer if they refuse his invitation.
A lot of people think that Mr. Tokyo is an idiot given the way he tends to act, but that's actually far from true. He's really very smart in a variety of subjects, especially engineering. It sometimes shocks people that he acts the way he does, since his Nation is generally so quiet and reserved. The influences of the west just show through more clearly in him that in some other places. Even so, he's still not very touchy- feely with people
Even though he's normally pretty mellow and happy, he does have his serious moments. These happen mostly when he reflects on his past or someone insults him or his country. It's also true that while he may act like a passive wuss, when push comes to shove you'll see he's very skilled in combat. He can be very fierce and brave when he feels he needs too, it's just that he likes playing the fool better.
