so, I forgot to post this on here yesterday... merry late Christmas
HOW THE ALASKA STOLE CHRISTMAS
“All of the States in continental America liked Christmas a lot.
But the one State who lived north of the others did NOT!
Alaska hated Christmas, the whole Christmas season!
If you’re wondering why, Russia knows the reason.
It could be perhaps that her snow shoes were too tight.
It could be her head wasn’t screwed on just right.
But I think the most likely reason could be
that the angry Inuit had no heart, you see.
But whatever the reason for the cause of this hate
Alaska stood on her mountain HATING the States.
‘They’re hanging their stockings!’ she snarled with a sneer.
‘Tomorrow is Christmas, it’s practically here!’
Then she growled, with her cold fingers nervously drumming,
‘I must find some way to keep Christmas from coming!’ “
And that’s that, Alaska never learned the true meaning of Christmas. Sad story, yes.
