Also known by these 'minor' nicknames (most of them are called by various people, nations, capitals, fellow prefectures and possibly anyone else): Derp, Dork, Orangenette, Headphones-guy, Megane, Bishie, Moron, guy-who-fell-down-the-trash-bin (reserved for oh-so eloquent Okinawa), Baka Soji, 'my baka/uncool aniki' (as stated by none other than Shibuya), and anime/manga/game geek to name a few
Gender: Male

When I look into all of your stupid faces
I think how fun it will be to pound them into dust
Hair: Brownish Orange hair
Height and Weight: 5'09", 58 Kg
Other Distinguishing Features:
Often seen wearing a 'middle-school male uniform', probably to emulate his youthful vigor, headphones on his neck (or on his ears when he's listening), sometimes wearing spectacles when thinking, deducting or helping out with Japan.
Overall Appearance:
A bit tall and somewhat emulating in a form of a youthful 'teenage middle-school guy', Tokyo owns an unkempt, brownish-orange hair that he tends to forget to fix and brown eyes, standing around 5'09" and having a normal complexion. Due to he tends to moves around a lot, he is often seen wearing rubber shoes with his normal attire. He wears contact lenses almost all the time (he doesn't have a very good eyesight thanks to too much reading/staring in front of the PC/working), save for when he needs to do actual work, and when he do wear glasses it is often notice that the rim is yellow.
Sometimes, when not in his middle-school uniform attire, he is seen with some of trends from Tokyo and often dresses up like most male teenagers in Tokyo does. From time to time (or conned to do so), he is also seen crossdressing, to his dismay.

- Working (He... doesn't look like it)
- J-Music (J-Rock like Abingdon Boys School, GRANRODEO, Janne Da Arc, TM Revolution and Uchusentai Noiz to name a few, but he also like other forms of J-Music)
- Things in fast pace (Got no time for that!)
- 'Springtime of Youth' (it's the feeling of Spring, gawdamnit!)
- New Year (A good time to go to the Shrine, say a prayer and take it easy afterwards)
- Video games (Especially if he's 'in the zone!')
Dislikes:
- Earthquake (The 'Great Kanto Earthquake' made its contribution to that)
- Trash cans (especially if he's falling into it)
- Bombs (Atomic/Nuclear bombs, to be precise)
- Being called an idiot/moron/dork/other derogatory names (it's all fun and games, but there are times that they have to call it quits)
- Over-stressed by work or anything related to it (hence he tends to sneak out and hang out with his people)
- Loosing to Video games (Sore looser)

Strengths:
- Effecient worker (He just doesn't look like it)
- Technological genius (With Tokyo's fast improving cities and all)
- Quick in his workplace (If he's told to do some work, he's going to do it post-haste and finishes it while retaining the quality needed)

Weaknesses:
- Easily paranoid (it's from all the work and calamities that and may happen)
- Gets in a bout of depression from time to time (If you put him in too much work and stress)
- Clumsy (Especially if he's not wearing his spectacles when he forgets to wear his contacts)
- Takes on his face to a fault (Well... reputation-wise, he tends to make himself appear to be someone cool or awesome that it tends to backfire on him)
- A bit too much in a hurry (he needs to keep things slow and steady once in his life)
Fears:
- Increase amount of suicides especially coming from teenagers and regular, white-collar workers

- Too much paperwork
- Anime and Manga being discontinued and for people (especially children and teenagers) would stop believing in themselves

Secrets:
- Only reveals his 'serious' mode when nature calls for it; he is quite knowledgeable and a quick thinker behind that goofy facade of his
- Adores American cartoons, but nobody knows since they thought he's very into Anime
- Still believes that there are such job as being 'Super Sentai' (to the point that he wish he should be reborn as Power Ranger Red someday)

- Him and Kyoto doesn't seem to get along most of the time, but they thought they are civilized to each other.
- Scared of ghosts. Secretly.
- Since he is the predecessor of Edo, a lot thought that he'll be the 'work-a-holic type who is too stiff and uptight to hang out with everyone else' until they saw him for the first time. Behind close doors, he's actually like that (minus the 'stiff and uptight to hang out with everyone else' kind) but nobody knows that. What? He didn't achieve being one of the 'Command Centers' of World Economy by luck, you know!
- He actually crossdress. However, he's not too happy about it. Obvious reason why.
- Still believes- and in awe- with Samurai
Any Quirks/Habits:
- Always 'on the move'; As the embodiment of one of the most successful and modern capital in the world, Soji tends to do things in fast pace, but still retains sense of work ethics and quality.
- Often listens with his headphones on.
- Sometimes seen wearing spectacles when he either forgets his contacts (most of the time) or when he is faced with thinking of something to help Japan, his comrades and himself (on rarer occasions).
- Gets overly excited over cute girls, 'adventure' and shounen manga. Claims it as 'Springtime of Youth'.
- Enjoys attending student's 'Opening Ceremony', he can feel invigorating youth coming from them.
- Tendency to crash on trash cans (specifically Okinawa's dump beside her home) whenever he's riding either a bicycle or a motorcycle.
- Shouts REALLY LOUD whenever a good anime is on TV. Also applies when he's playing games (either alone or with someone). Claims it to show his enthusiasm and excitement on them amongst other things.
Overall Personality:
Tokyo is a fast-paced, friendly, invigorating and, to an extent, quite a noisy yet upbeat capital of Japan who tends to be 'on the move', believes in 'Springtime of Youth' especially towards middle-school students, likes to flirt and oogle with females around the block (but fails since he's not exactly the 'cool, gentleman' kind) and most likely considered as someone of a 'comedy relief of a sidekick' if comparing to a random guy in a TV show. He is somewhat clumsy (especially when he forgets to wear his contacts and is too stubborn to wear his glasses), tends to sneak out from time to time just so he could take a breather but he is actually a diligent and industrious capital who works hard to achieve what he wants and doesn't fail to impress his peers.
Soji tends to be friendly to both nations and capitals and everyone else, wants to get along with the rest of the prefectures (though some seem to find him a bit too annoying for that) but despite his goofy and reckless persona lies an actual tactician and planner, the fact that he actually evens out his work from play making him an impressive guy to be with though since he only does that when situation calls for it made his goofy side overshadowing his actual nature and achievements as a capital. Due to being a bit more technologically modernized than most around, the brunette tends to stick around the virtual network most of the time if he wants to 'interact' with anyone outside his jurisdiction, and though he is never the lazy type Soji tends to be nowhere around when most needs him to do some paperwork.
He is mildly temperamental, irritable and easily paranoid when stressed, not a know-it-all but sometimes comes off as mildly annoying, and he doesn't seem to know when to quit. He doesn't hate the war- per se- but, rather, he hates it when his place is involved and though he doesn't hold grudges too easily, it was evident that he won't tolerate on anyone doing harm not just to Japan and the prefectures but to anyone close to them. He doesn't get too much along with some of the prefectures and tends to come out as an annoying pest (he's not too aware of that, he just think that he's just bothering them too much) and he has the tendency to overwork himself and stressing himself way too much just to keep his face up.
Despite his nature, Tokyo is actually a reliable and resourceful individual, his analytic mind hidden beneath his youthful vigor as he can be mature when situation calls for it. He doesn't let any details away from his sight- no matter how small it is- and tends to surprise everyone with how completely cool, calm and intellectual he can be compared to his goofy and dorkish nature of his. He cares to those around him and only wants to do what's best for them, willing to lend a helping hand and cares for people, wanting them to believe that there's still a future for everyone. For him, the most important thing is to help Japan to what he is today and assist anyone around while, at the same time, enjoy things in life.

I'm the hero!
History of Tokyo here
Tokyo was originally a small fishing village named Edo, in what was formerly part of the old Musashi Province.
Edo was first fortified by the Edo clan, in the late twelfth century. In 1457, Ōta Dōkan built Edo Castle. In 1590, Tokugawa Ieyasu made Edo his base and when he became shogun in 1603, the town became the center of his nationwide military government. During the subsequent Edo period, Edo grew into one of the largest cities in the world with a population topping one million by the 18th century. Tokyo became the de facto capital of Japan even while the emperor lived in Kyoto, the imperial capital. After about 263 years, the shogunate was overthrown under the banner of restoring imperial rule. In 1869, the 17-year-old Emperor Meiji moved to Edo. Tokyo was already the nation's political and cultural center, and the emperor's residence made it a de facto imperial capital as well, with the former Edo Castle becoming the Imperial Palace. The city of Tokyo was established, and continued to be the capital until it was abolished as a municipality in 1943 and merged with the "Metropolitan Prefecture" of Tokyo.
Central Tokyo, like Osaka, has been designed since about 1900 to be centered on major railway stations in a high-density fashion, so suburban railways were built relatively cheaply at street level and with their own right-of-way. This differs from many cities in the United States that are low-density and automobile-centric. Though expressways have been built in Tokyo, the basic design has not changed.
Tokyo went on to suffer two major catastrophes in the 20th century, but it recovered from both. One was the 1923 Great Kantō earthquake, which left 140,000 dead or missing,[24] and the other was World War II. The Bombing of Tokyo in 1944 and 1945, with 75,000 to 200,000 killed and half of the city destroyed, was almost as devastating as the atomic bombings of Hiroshima and Nagasaki combined.
After the war, Tokyo was completely rebuilt, and was showcased to the world during the 1964 Summer Olympics. The 1970s brought new high-rise developments such as Sunshine 60, a new and controversial[26] airport at Narita in 1978 (some distance outside city limits), and a population increase to about 11 million (in the metropolitan area).
Tokyo's subway and commuter rail network became one of the busiest in the world as more and more people moved to the area. In the 1980s, real estate prices skyrocketed during a real estate and debt bubble. The bubble burst in the early 1990s, and many companies, banks, and individuals were caught with mortgage backed debts while real estate was shrinking in value. A major recession followed, making the 1990s Japan's "Lost Decade" from which it is now slowly recovering.
Tokyo still sees new urban developments on large lots of less profitable land. Recent projects include Ebisu Garden Place, Tennozu Isle, Shiodome, Roppongi Hills, Shinagawa (now also a Shinkansen station), and the Marunouchi side of Tokyo Station. Buildings of significance are demolished for more up-to-date shopping facilities such as Omotesando Hills.
Land reclamation projects in Tokyo have also been going on for centuries. The most prominent is the Odaiba area, now a major shopping and entertainment center. Various plans have been proposed for transferring national government functions from Tokyo to secondary capitals in other regions of Japan, in order to slow down rapid development in Tokyo and revitalize economically lagging areas of the country. These plans have been controversial within Japan and have yet to be realized.
The 2011 Tōhoku earthquake and tsunami that devastated much of the northeastern coast of Honshu was felt in Tokyo. However, due to Tokyo's earthquake-resistant infrastructure, damage in Tokyo was very minor compared to areas directly hit by the tsunami, although activity in the city was largely halted. The subsequent nuclear crisis caused by the tsunami has also largely left Tokyo unaffected, despite occasional spikes in radiation levels.

You've got it backwards! Backwards!
Hurry up and throw it! If you don't hurry up and throw it, you'll go "boom"!
For the sake, I'll post a different RP sample somewhere.
"She wasn't that bad," Mokou had to admit, scratching the back of her head as she made a small frown. "I mean, for me, sure, but I don't think she wasn't like that to everyone else." Then again, knowing Kaguya, she doesn't blame that guy. If only she knew that it was that raven-haired princess' fault why the moon seems different, she would have done something about it. "She doesn't go out a lot, last I heard, so maybe she's just bored." She added, looking to the side. "I'm not going to question further about her, it's her problem and I'm not gonna press in about that." The immortal ended with a sigh, mildly frustrated about the minor skirmish the princess has gotten into. Ok, so the two of them are eternal rivals (and quite literally, as well) but Mokou's not entirely that cold-hearted enough to wish her an ill relationship with those not involve with their already-millennium-year-old rivalry.
Well, that's the end of it, she thought again with a frustrated sigh.
"At this time? I don't think so." She added, looking up at the night sky. "I don't care about the rest of Gensokyo, I'm just content with knowing what you're doing here." Again, she doesn't want to dwell too long on one topic (not a very good conversationalist, as Keine once said) and, though tea sounds inviting, the female wasn't exactly too keen of it right now especially to strangers. Well, if she feel like it, maybe.
