• Burns all over his body, slit wrists and throat now are his scars
  

To make friends with Dmitri would be a great victory to the person who went out of their way to try to befriend him. Dmitri dislikes making friends with everyone because it seems like he always gets hurt in the very end. Dmitri tries to avoid others, especially humans, and will go to great lengths to not make friends with someone. If he fears he's starting to become their friend he will take drastic measures and kill them, but that's a last resort.

Are you a Russian or American? You're his enemy already. No matter if you're a city or state you'll be on his hit list and no matter how hard you try chances are Dmitri will always see you as the enemy. Dmitri is very racist toward his fellow race and Americans which comes from his painful past. Dmitri might even torture you to death if you're Russian or American. He'll lose himself in his rage but you have one chance for Dmitri to hesitant hurting you and that's if you're a blonde, blue eyed girl. Then you might have a chance to go off his hit list, even if it's just for a little bit.

Dmitri had a love with a human named Maria Baker in 1934 where he loved her so much he wanted to turn human for her. They were going to have a baby together and then Ivan and Alfred ruined everything for him (that's why he hates Russians and Americans). Dmitri loved her so much he vowed to never love another ever again and turned asexual as a result or at least he believes it. We'll have to talk about it first because Dmitri is going to have a lot of issues to get through it. More likely s/he will have blonde hair and blue eyes and maybe an American like Maria was. Dmitri is able to love again, but it'll be a struggle.

Ivan "Russia" Braginski - enemy
Dmitri was forced to pull the trigger with Ivan holding him on his beloved Maria. He has a massive vendetta toward him and vowed to get him back for everything. (add more later)

Alfred F. "America" Jones - enemy
Since Dmitri reached out and Alfred never helped him during 1934 Dmitri hates him and blames just for Maria's death just as much as he hates Ivan. (add more later)

Arthur "England" Kirkland - love-hate relationship
Dmitri has a bit of a love-hate relationship struggle with Arthur and the British in general. Peter the Great built his city based on Western views so Dmitri likes Arthur when it comes to that, but on the other hand he still holds a grudge for when he was yelled at (which changed when he met Maria) and allowed him to stay locked away in the Peter and Paul Fortress. When he was put back in the fortress he went back to his anger because Arthur never helped him out and yet again he suffered. So, he has this love-hate relationship with him. (will add more later]
