[/url]! not as if you couldn't tell or anything, since i spammed it all up in her plot page. xD now i'm torn about what her 'normal' song would be. i think either Bitch by Meredith Brooks or Fuck You by Lily Allen. the first because she is a bitch, and the second because i imagine she would say 'fuck you' a lot. and off subject, but are all of my songs totally filthy or crude? going down my playlist and these are a few of the cleanest songs i have on it. that's sad. xD oh lawd i need sleep but i dun wanna go to bed[/ul][/blockquote]

Welcome to the Black Parade - I swear to god this song is about Al. The Kill - Makes me think of the Revolutionary War (btw the music video is freakier than shit... it's inspired by The Shining) Dead Hearts - Sorta makes me think of Al and the States in the Civil War Father of Mine - Straightforward enough, eh? Jesus of Suburbia + Homecoming: The Death of St. Jimmy - If you've never heard these songs, I highly recommend you take 20 minutes of your time to listen to them. They both go together and tell the basic story of the entire American Idiot album. But for, like, ever now, I've wanted to do an American Idiot parody with Al as the Jesus of Suburbia and Arthur as St. Jimmy. Jesus of Suburbia represents the everyday average joe that's struggling to get through life and St. Jimmy is this person in his mind that represents all he wants really wants to be. St. Jimmy is corrupt however and ends up turning Jesus's life upside down to the point where Jesus has to fight to get him out of his mind. I know, weird but awesome. xD I'll shut up now. |: The funny thing is grunge/alternative is a small portion of the music I listen to and that's basically all I posted. xDD

NOW! An introspective look into my Indie side. xD WARNING: the surgeon general says that most if not all of these songs will make you sad/depressed/cry Before it Breaks - This IS AK's character song and most Brandi Carlile songs relate to her in some way, so I'll try not to post any more. The Freshman - This song has WEIRD coincidences between Matt and AK, especially the parts about Valium overdoses, one-sided infatuations and death due to heartbreak. On My Own - It's pretty easy to make a connection between AK and Eponine. xD A Thousand Years - Basically AK's feelings in a nutshell. xD I'm not posting a description for these next songs since they all relate the same way. You Could Be Happy - Snow Patrol A Message - Coldplay Someday You Will Be Loved and What Sarah Said - Death Cab for Cute (damn it I love this band) Where I Stood - Missy Higgins She Talks to Angels - The Black Crows I'll Find a Way - Rachael Yamagata Sympathy - The Goo Goo Dolls ...these are just my bookmarked songs on Pandora. xD

My brain can twist so many songs into Alfred songs in some way, shape, or form, seriously. But here are some of the ones that REALLY stand out (this is inspired by a long convo Monk and I had on Skype about Al songs =P) -
Kryptonite - 3 Doors Down : As you might have seen from my phone posts, this is one of my go to songs for Alfred. It just sums up his hero complex SO WELL.
Welcome To The Black Parade - My Chemical Romance : I blame Monk, and a video I saw on youtube for this. Because dammit, it DOES fit.
Second Chance - Shinedown : One of my Revolutionary War Alfred songs. Probably my favorite for the Revolution for him, though. (Somehow this always ends up being a theme song for characters of mine 0_o)
Sweet Sacrifice - Evanescence : Civil War Alfred song. I actually have a really freaky head video for this song, with the union side of Al singing parts of it and the confederate side of Al singing other parts.
Superman (It's Not Easy) - Five for Fighting: Another 'hero' song I think fits Al.
Land of Confusion - Genesis: Just...yeah. Listen to it or look up the lyrics, and you'll see what I mean.
American Pie - Don McLean : I actually see this being one of Alfred's favorite songs, and him feeling a whole flurry of mixed emotions every time he hears it. Somewhere between sweet nostalgia and depression. Always fun. XD
...think that's all for now? I put down several, so... XD

Hahaha, funny thing; I know FEW American songs so pretty much what you'll get for me are either Japanese songs or songs from somewhere sometime ago I don't know.. Except Philippines since I might throw in some few OPM (Original Pilipino Music) for her since.... yeah.
*hangs head in shame*
I'll just post the songs and the reason why. Or something.
- TATSULOK by Bamboo
- My main theme for Philippines (English lyrics translation can be found at the second post). The lyrics pretty much states what Gabriella feels and wanted to voice out not only to the nations but to her own people at the point that, at one time, I imagined that she asked the original creator of the song to make it (though it sounded a bit ridiculous midway through my imagination). Mostly Present-time theme. XD
- NARDA by Kamikaze
- Don't be fooled, it's a OPM band. English translation and probably focuses on Gabriella's 'Hero' side and 'her' yearing for a Hero (in a manner like a child admiring a hero kind). Thanks, America, thanks a lot. Also, just a trivia; the song is based on the Filipino heroine called 'Darna' who is somewhat like Wonder Woman but... yeah, go Google it.
For some reason, Uchusentai NOIZ, a Japanese V-Kei band, did their Own rendition of the song when they were on tour in the Philippines. She(Gabriella) was very happy that day.
- ROLLING GIRL by Hatsune Miku (As sang by Akiakane)
- Yeah, it's pretty much her ringtone but.... can also be one of her senti-moment-teenager-questioning-her-surroundings theme. Not gonna ask.
- LIFE SIZE MIRROR by No Use For A Name
- Ironic, being one of Okinawa's theme (maybe she spends WAY too much in the internet that she doesn't care anymore about if the song is Japanese or otherwise). Iono, figured it suits her well. To me, of course.
- HELP ME ERINNNNNN!! by COOL & CREATE
- Obviously, I can't let this one pass not because Hourai's FC is Kaguya from Touhou. Okinawa's comedic-needy side, nuff said. Well, the song's pretty much Kaguya Hourai's POV to basically anyone (Ten guesses goes to Japan). JAPAN, HELP ME JAPAN~
- ARTIFICIAL CHILDREN by IOSYS
- Paris' theme song. I'll just let the lyrics says itself to Caroline.
- LIVIN LA VIDA LOCA by Ricky Martin
- I don't know.... Italy's a weird character (and I'm suppose to use his character songs) but he sorta pops out whenever I listen to this song (a LOT more when I use the version in Shrek 2). *shrugs*
- YOU'LL BE IN MY HEART by Phil Collins
- It's a Disney song, sue me. Maybe in a more angsty moments of Italy (Yes, there will be those) especially whenever he recalls about HRE.
- PIERROT by Hatsune Miku (Though I also like the version sang by Senka)
- This would be Paris' song (reply) to France and what she feels to him. You gotta have to ask me personally because I don't even know how the hell explain it without fangasm and pointing things out, just sayin'.
On a note, I would have used this to France if I RP France. Sadly, I don't, so the closest thing I can do is have this song be her song to him. I'm a sap, ok?
I could go on with the other characters, but I got lazy. Maybe later, I'll add them.

>>.....<<.....>>.... -puts this right there- All American Dream - The 69 Eyes -I think the name says it all really 8| Honestly it points out there's something dark under the glitz and glamor, but people love America either way. Superhuman - Velvet Revolver -Sometimes she gets too far in over her head with things, acting like a superhuman girl who can take on anything even though she can't. The Perfect Girl - The Cure -Its a sweet song, she's a sweet girl, 'nough said xD Take Me Home Tonight - Eddie Money -This one! Its one of her all time favorite songs actually, just because of the way it sounds. Danii likes getting drunk and making bad decisions that make good memories to this song. Time After Time - Cyndi Lauper -Here's lookin' at you Al 8|

Feel Berlin - The 69 Eyes -References some famous places from Berlin, the fact that sometimes in life you just have to roll with the punches and not be afraid, and to feel the vibe of a vibrant city and people that have gone through so much and are still kickin, in other words Bri in a nutshell Sonne - Rammstein -WWII Bri, definitely, and Luddy for that matter. About the indulgences of life which can take a hold of you and destroy you even when it seems to be a good thing at first. Like the sun, which has the ability to nurture and give life, it also has the ability to scorch and kill. The Outsider - A Perfect Circle -How Bri felt about watching Ludwig and the country itself self destruct during the war, and how anyone may have felt upon looking at Brigitte after WWII until the Berlin wall was torn down.
